"Hi this is Laura Turner and today I am going to talk with you about how to write a business e-mail thank you note. Start off of course formally addressing the boss or if you are going to address a group of employees formally address them as either your colleagues, dear co-workers, something like that and of course get everybody's e-mail correct and put it all into your composed box. So just first of all decide are you writing this just to your boss or are you going to be writing it to the entire staff? State of course next that you are proud of them or you are thankful of the boss for whatever they did or you are proud of your team for doing well that week or whatever your thank you note is going to be about. Also mention any kind of special reward or activity that is going to happen because of what you have accomplished in your workplace. Also finally detail any follow up business concerning the thank you and what is going on in the company and of course what is going to be next for you and your employees or what you hope will happen next with you and your boss so there you go for writing a thank you note to a business."
