"You want to find someone by their driver's license. Hi, I'm Robert Todd, and I'm here to answer the question, How do I find someone by their driver's license? Well, in many states, you can't find someone by their driver's license, because it's protected. In fact, there is a Federal Protection Act, known as the Driver's Privacy Protection Act, abbreviated DPPA, which protects driver's licenses, and information about those driver's licenses, to a large extent. However, if you already have access to that individual's driving record, you may have the driver's license information, which you can then put into various databases, to find out whatever information you're looking for. In other words, you already have the driver's record legitimately, and therefore, this opens a lot of information to you, to find out about this particular individual. One other possible source, is to hire an outside third party service, to obtain this information for you. I would recommend that a third party service is probably cheaper than a private detective, and you may consider this for the cost. Again, I'm Robert Todd, and thank you for watching."
