"You want to know what maternity leave you're entitled to. Hi, I'm Robert Todd, and I'm here to answer, How do I understand my maternity leave rights? First of all, there are two types of maternity leave. There is the maternity leave for the actual delivery of the baby, which depends on whether it's a natural birth, or a cesarean birth, six weeks versus eight weeks, and then there is the family leave, after the birth of the baby, but the biggest question is, who is covered by this FMLA? and to be entitled to this, you must have been at a job for twelve months, prior to delivery, and worked 1,250 hours or more. Secondly, and perhaps more importantly, your employer must have at least fifty employees, within a seventy five mile radius. If neither of these two conditions apply, then you are not entitled to maternity leave. I'm Robert Todd, and thank you for watching."
