"Alright, the drink we're about to make is called American Flyer. And let's go ahead and put some ice in a glass, and we'll measure out two ounces of light rum and we'll follow that up with some sour mix, and we'll do about three fourths of an ounce of sour mix. You're going to shake that up; get it really cold. Alright, now I've got a champagne flute, and I'm going to strain into the glass. There you go. I'm going to fill it up with some very cold champagne or sparkling wine. It should be nice and bubbly, and that's all there is to it. If you want, you can mix it up, but it should mix up pretty well when you pour it in there. American Flyer. Bottoms up!"
