"Alright, the drink we're about to make is called Aloha Bubbly. Go and put some ice in a mixing glass here and add an ounce and a half of white wine, which is not very easy to pour into a jigger, so you're just going to have to estimate that. And follow that up with an ounce of pineapple juice and a half a teaspoon of sugar, and we're going to shake it up and get all of the sugar dissolved in with the wine there. Go ahead and pour it into your glass and you're going to top it off with some club soda. Here's our soda and we'll add a straw and you can garnish it with a pineapple if you have it, or if you'd like, just an orange. There we go. Bottoms up!"
