"Do you have annoying canker sores? Well, my name is Michelle, and I'm a dental assistant with Solutionz, and I'm going to explain to you, on how to treat canker sores. A great method to treat a canker sore, is to rinse with hydrogen peroxide. It will help soothe the area, prevent any inflammation that you get with canker sores. Also, another great method, is to relax. Canker sores comes from stress. It comes from vitamin deficiencies, so if you have a lot of stress in your life, or you're not taking your multivitamins like you should, you're going to be getting several canker sores, so just try to relax. Take your multivitamins, and rinse with hydrogen peroxide. Those are all great methods on treating a canker sore. Rinsing with Listerine helps, or any type of mouth rinse. That also helps with treating a canker sore, but you definitely do want to go see your general dentist, always. Once when you do see a canker sore coming up, or if you have one, and you've tried these methods, and you don't seem to be getting rid of it, then you definitely want to see your general dentist. He would be able to maybe prescribe you something for that, a medication that helps with the constant canker sores, and once again, my name is Michelle, and I just explained to you, on how you can treat a canker sore."
