"Would you like to know on how you can floss your teeth? Well, my name is Michelle and I am a dental assistant with Solutionz and I am going to explain to you and show you on how to floss your teeth. We have our great demonstration girl here Bree. And basically what you first want to do initially is you want to purchase a floss that is going to be very smooth. And basically the best floss is kind of like the glide floss. That way it will basically glide through your teeth very simple. And you want to break off a piece about, about a foot long. Depending on the person and how many teeth that you have. And you are just going to want to take the floss. You are first initially; there are a couple of different ways on how to wrap it around. The best way that I find though is you want to wrap it around your index finger about two to three times. Until you have enough space about maybe an inch to half an inch of space. You are going to then take the floss and what you are going to want to do is: you are going to want to place it in between your teeth. And then you want to create almost like a C effect with the floss. And then kind of really focus on going in with the floss. Down below the gum. Kind of curving it around the tooth with the C effect. And then pulling up and out. And then you want to do the exact same thing on the same tooth but you are going to focus on the opposite side now. You are going to place the floss down below the gum, create like a C effect around the tooth. And then pull up and out. And then you want to continuously do that throughout your full mouth and every tooth. Let me grab the floss here. Place the floss in around the tooth, and down below the gum. Therefore you really want to focus on putting it down below the gum because you are pulling up the bacteria and the debris that you might have down there. And then pulling the floss out. And then you kind of want to do that through out all the teeth through out your mouth. And then in return you will have a brighter, better, whiter smile and a lot more better smelling breath. My name is Michelle. I am a dental assistant with Solutionz and I just explained to you on how you can floss your teeth."
