"Being appreciative is very important and it says a lot about yourself. It says that you're good mannered too. Hi, I'm Hazely Lopez from Hazely Academy of Refinement and Modeling and I'm here to talk to you about how to write an appreciation letter. It's really simple. It's the same thing as a thank you letter. You're basically doing it a little bit more longer. You're going to have around four paragraphs. That should be fine. The first paragraph you're going to talk about what exactly did he do, how grateful you were about it, and in the second paragraph, you can write something additional to it adding a little more wording going around it. The third paragraph is actually wishing him well. On the last paragraph, you're going to reinstate your pleasure and the great that you help and once again, be thankful for the opportunity that you had for sharing with that person. It's really important to keep your manners and always to be thankful. Being thankful says a lot about you. I'm Hazely Lopez from Hazely Academy of Refinement and Modeling and remember to that end, you can always count on me."
