"So you need to say, "I'm sorry", and you don't know how to. Well, let's give you some ideas. Hi. I'm Hazely Lopez, director of Hazely Academy of Refinement and Modeling. And I'm here to talk to you about how to say, "I'm sorry", in a card. Basically, you want to start by choosing a card that suits best who the person that you're sending it to. You want to make sure that if you're writing an apology, you need to know who that person is, of course, and what the apology is about. You may want to do a simple "I'm sorry" in a just smaller card with some flowers or just anything smaller, just saying, "I'm sorry". Or, if it's a bigger mistake, you might want to make it a little more elaborate; maybe a big bouquet out of flowers or a big present with a long note. Or just simply an explanatory note, why you feel sorry in every single aspect. The most important is to keep it sincere, and that if you're saying "I'm sorry", it comes straight from your heart, and it's not fake, and it's genuine. Write a note in pen. Writing in pen always marks the space. If you're doing something in pencil, it doesn't really look appropriate. And you want to make sure that you give that card in person. If it's not possible to leave in person, the next option is to leave it somewhere where you know he will find it; maybe that person's desk, the chair, anywhere that is appropriate that you know he'll see it right away. The last opportunity to give that card would be sending it through the mail. The appropriate thing to do would be to actually send it right away that it happened. That way, it's more effective and you know that that person will know that you're sorry. I'm Hazely Lopez, director of Hazeley Academy of Refinement and Modeling. And this is how you say, "I'm sorry"."
