"You have been invited to a special event that includes an invitation, so let's take a look at how should we respond to it. I am Hazely Lopez, Director of Hazely Academy of Refinement and Modeling and I'm here to talk to you about how to respond to a written invitation. You first want to start by deciding whether if you're going to attend or not attend to. If you are attending, you want to take a look at the RSVP note and that maybe either by phone that they're allowing you to do it, or if it's a written one for a wedding or something like that, you may want to use the actual card and send it to them letting them know that you will be attending. Usually, you have to also let them know many people will be attending to this event. That way the can get prepared. It's never ever appropriate to change your RSVP. If you said you're going, you have to attend. It's just how it goes. Also, if you decide to not go to the activity, then you might want to decline it with a special note, special card and of course, sending RSVP, letting them know why exactly you cannot go. Maybe not exactly, but at least something that will give them an idea and they don't feel offended. These are just some tips to let you know how can you respond to a written invitation. I am Hazely Lopez from Hazely Academy of Refinement and Modeling."
