"Hi my name is Dave Andrews and today I'm going to show you how to make a desktop theme. Let's begin by right clicking on our desktop and going down to personalize. We are going to select the very first option here that says window color and appearance. Now what this does is lets you change the color of your windows and we are going to make this window here a little bit smaller so that we can see the colors as I change them. You can pick between these colors and as you can see the color of my window is changing with everyone that I select. Also scroll down and to get some more colors expand the color mixer. You can then move this little bar graph right here or bar to choose what color you want to use, the saturation of it and how bright you would like it to be. Once you have your colors selected, press o'kay. Now let's choose a new background for our desktop. Click on desktop background and you could either use a solid color as it is set to right now or you can use wallpaper. I am going to pick a wallpaper out of this group and let's go with this one and say o'kay. As you can see my desktop background has changed and the color of my windows has changed to my selection. My name is Dave Andrews and I have just showed you how to create a desktop theme."
