"Hi, I'm Patti German and I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist here in New York City. In this clip we're going to talk about how to stop looking at pornography. Looking at pornography on a regular basis is a type of addiction and it triangulates a relationship; it takes away from closeness and it really hurts a partner or even for yourself. It's not a healthy aspect. So I think if it becomes too much, I don't know if you can just stop yourself by throwing away or getting off the computer or wherever you're using it. I think it's a sign that you might need to seek some help as to what is that about. That you're objectifying someone or something. Because that is what pornography is about. It's objectifying someone. So, I think it's an indication that you might need to seek professional help. This is Patti German in New York City."
