"Hi my name is Reka Morvay I'm a psychologist and I'm going to talk to you now about how to tell if your spouse is cheating. Cheating is a very, very serious issue in any relationship and most especially in a marriage. The way to tell if your spouse is cheating on you is to look at behavior patterns that have changed in your relationship. For example, maybe your sexual intimacy has gone down. Maybe you don't have sex as often as you used to. Maybe it's not as enjoyable as it used to be. Maybe your spouse comes with requests for new positions or different things to try. Maybe they are just not as interested in having sex or being sexually intimate as they used to be. At the same time general intimacy can also go down, maybe they are not as interested in just talking to you. Spending time with you, maybe they say mean things, maybe they berate you or appearance. Another sign of cheating can be if in addition to all of these signs you find that your spouse spends more time grooming, buying clothes making themselves look good. If they can't account for where they spend their time, who they are talking to on the phone. These can all be signs of cheating."
