Recovering from a bad situation at the office is one of the those things that most of us are going to have to deal with, and some cases is may be that an employee or a customer overheard something you said that was not particularly flattering, you may have not been extremely kind or you may have actually maybe lied about something, how do you recover? First of all you want to go to that person that customer or that coworker and you want to apologize for what happened, you want them to know that you truly do feel badly about what has happened, that it is really not your personality to be a gossiper or to kind of, take the truth and stretch it, that you really do apologize you also want to offer to do something to make up for it, what can I do to help recover from this situation, to help you feel better about he situation and about me?
