"Ever had a boss you didn't like, well I've had a bunch of them. My name is Gloria Campbell I'm with Advantage Training Systems, I'm located in St. Petersburg, Florida. There are just some things you have to do even if you have a boss you don't like. And the first thing you got to do is do your job. The fact that you don't like your boss really has, it's not an excuse for not doing your job and not doing it effectively. A boss with a personality that you just don't like will require that you do a few extra things like number one, make sure that you stay really focused. Make sure that you clearly understand what your job is and also make sure that you don't give that boss any reason to have to come after you, or to have to look at your performance and have some issues with it. We have a lot of people that we don't like but we still have to do the job. You never know what that boss is going to end up or more importantly you never know when you may be the boss. So make sure that you handle it in a very professional way and make sure that you do what you are supposed to do. My name is Gloria Campbell, I'm with Advantage Training System located in St. Petersburg, Florida, just remember you may be the boss one day that somebody doesn't like."
