My name is Gloria Campbell and I'm with Advantage Training Systems located in St. Petersburg, Florida giving you the best way to stay focused at work. One of the best ways to stay focused is to first of all make sure you know your job and your job requirements. Don't get distracted with office politics and what is going on, go to your office, go to your desk and set your priorities day to day and hour to hour and at the end of the day make sure that you've done your job and that you have accomplished all of your tasks. Today staying focused is not just what you want to do but your job may depend on it, your promotion may depend on it and really what happens in some cases with your entire career may depend on it. Focus requires dedication and concentration, you can do it just remember you are working on your future not now but five, ten, or fifteen years from now.
