"None of us like to be criticized, but there's a way that we can handle it so that we can keep our cool. The best way to do that is to not take it personally. Maybe what someone is doing is trying to help you become better. If they're not, that's the way I look at it. So I basically take a look and see; no. 1, whose saying it, why are they saying it, saying. The second thing is, is it true. I mean, for example, if you're being criticized because you're a habitually late person, it's true. The only way to avoid that criticism is to what? Change the behavior.
