"No matter where you work there's always annoying people. My name is Gloria Campbell and I'm with Advantage Training Systems. And I've had to deal with a bunch of annoying people and these are just a few of the things that I found that works. Be nice. It's amazing how disarming it can be when you're actually nice to someone. Also make sure that you try and understand what causes this person to be so annoying. It may be that maybe they just don't have anyone to talk to and you can become that person. Don't get sucked in though, to being the person that is always picked on or that's always part of that circle of the annoying person. Just remember, treat people the way you would want to be treated. Don't gang up on them. Don't become part of the other side. Simply remember that at one point of time or another we're all pretty annoying. I think if we're honest we'd have to admit that. How would we want to be treated? My name is Gloria Campbell and I'm with Advantage Training Systems located in St. Petersburg Florida. Remember, treat annoying people the way that you want to be treated but make sure you don't get caught and trap in their web."
