"Well if you've got some compromising pictures of the boss that's probably a good way to get a pay raise but let's talk about in reality what's the best way. I'm Gloria Campbell. I'm with Advantage training Systems located in Saint Petersburg Florida telling you how you can get a pay raise. The best thing that you can do is to make sure that you are doing your job. That you understand your job description that you are exceeding, you don't get a pay raise for meeting the requirements of your job. You get a pay raise for exceeding them. And in this environment probably greatly exceeding what's required. So make sure you know your job description make sure that you are exceeding all levels of expectation in that job. Take on some extra projects. Make sure that everyone in your department and in your company knows that you are a team player. You are a great communicator and that you are exceeding all of your expectations. You may not even have to ask for that pay raise. It's probably going to be give to you.
