"My name is Gloria Campbell I'm with Advantage Training Systems in St. Petersburg, Florida. Telling you how to delegate responsibility. The thing that you always want to remember is if you are going to give someone a task, there are several things you want to make sure that you do as part of your responsibility. People that they clearly understand what it is they are to do and how they are to do it. That if there are training that's necessary that you give them some time, set aside some time to do that training and also that you give them a time line on when you are going to check back with them or they can check with you to make sure that they are on the right task and on the right track. Delegating responsibility works if both individuals understand that we all have a responsibility. That you make sure that people understand what it is they are to do when they should have it completed and how you are going to give them feedback on the process.
