"Want to express yourself in your email? A great signature line at the bottom of every message is a good way to do it. I'm Chris Cook with Security Awareness Incorporated and I'm going to show you hot to set up a signature on your Hotmail account. First, log into your Hotmail account through the web browser by going to WWW.Hotmail.com and logging in. You'll have to enter your email address and your password. Once you're in your inbox click on options, scroll down and you'll see under customize your email personal email signature. When you click on that you'll be able to enter your text, you can put in best regards, your name and a phone number or I'm having a great day how about you? Whatever you want to put in there. Type it in there. I'm going to put in Best Regards, John Doe, you can add a phone number or whatever you want to have in your message and simply click save. Now every message you send out through your Hotmail account will have that signature line at the end of the message.
