The vast majority of them have a variety of packages, they may have basic heat and eat frozen dinners. Some of them may have fresh produce, fresh salads, that type of thing. Those are going to be more of your local delivery service programs that don't have a long distance to travel. As far as the type of foods, you're going to find a wide variety. Some of them will be low carbohydrate, others will be low fat, others will be low sodium, so there is a really wide range really depending on what you need. You can find just about anything to meet your needs with these particular programs. You will also find that the cost varies a lot. Some of them will offer discounts if you buy say a month at a time, others will offer you the ability to earn free meals. And again that's based on how many you actually purchase. So you really want to do a little research, look at a variety of different programs.
