"Hello, my name is Luis Estrada, and I'm a software developer. In this video, I'll show you how to create a clickable image map in FrontPage. FrontPage is a registered trademark of Microsoft, a company to which I have no affiliation. An image map is a picture with one or more clickable areas, also called hot spots. Each hot spot can cover a different area of the picture, and it can contain a link to a different page. In this picture, we will create four hot spots, so that when users click on any of the children, they are taken to a different web page. First, make sure that you are in Design Mode. Right click on the picture, and select Show Pictures Toolbar. On the right side of the bar, we have three tools to create either rectangular, circular, or polygonal hot spots. Select the rectangular first. Click and drag to create a selection. FrontPage will open a window, where you can specify the hyperlink. Now, select the circular tool. Click and drag, only this time, you start from the center of the circle. Select another page for the link. Choose the polygonal hot spot tool. Create a selection by placing anchor points with each click, until you close the selection. Then, choose another web page. With the Select tool, you can move the selections or modify them. The Highlight Hot Spots tool, hides the picture, presenting only the selections. To delete any, simply select it and press delete on your keyboard. If you use the Preview mode, you will see that the mouse arrow changes to a head, when we place it on top of the hot spot. I'm Luis Estrada, and I've just showed you how to create a multimedia website, using FrontPage."
