"Hi, I'm Travis Corpening, and here we are at Kellina Beach and I'm about to teach you some tips for increasing circulation. what you want to do is after you worked out for awhile, and your muscles may start to get tight. And that's from a build up of lactic acid. What you want to do to increase your circulation and get that soreness out, you want to probably find some kind of way to either find a friend, or a trainer to give you a massage and massage the problem areas when you're actually working out. If you're lifting weights or if you're running, your arm, if you're lifting weights or you're running, you arms actually your legs actually may be tired, really tired, so what you want to, may want to do is get them to massage your calf muscles, or your thighs, also, something else you might want to do, if you're doing upper body weight training, you may want to get them to massage your shoulders, and your back. because your back can get tight when you're constantly working out, doing, especially bench press. That, along with a hot tub, if you have a whirlpool, those types of things will increase your circulation and prevent, as well as heal, injury, and keep your blood pumping so that your body can repair itself. there you have it.
