"Hi, my name is Dave Andrews, and today, I'm going to show you how to backup a database in Microsoft SQL Server. Let's begin by opening up SQL Server. Just click on the start button and go to All Programs. Find Microsoft SQL Server. Let's open up the Management Studio. It's going to ask you what database you want to connect to. I'm going to connect to my local database that came up by default. Now, under your database, expand databases and select the database you want to backup. Let's right-click on it, go to Tasks, and select Backup. Now, it's going to ask you what media we want to backup our database to. I want... At the very bottom here, I want to back it up to disk, but first, I want to choose where that backup file goes. I'm going to let this create its backup in the default location that it's come to, so I'm just simply going to hit okay. Pops up a message saying that my database was successfully backed up. My name is Dave Andrews, and I've just showed you how to backup a database in Microsoft SQL."
