"Hi, my name is Dave Andrews, today I'm going to show you how to forward an E-mail. Lets begin by opening up MicroSoft Outlook. I have an E-mail here that I'm going to forward, lets open it up by double clicking on that E-mail. This brings up the reader view, this shows all of the E-mail as well as the options that I have to operate on in that E-mail. The one that I'm interested in is under the message tab, in the respond section, there's a button there that just says "forward", lets click on that. Now this opens up a new E-mail that copies the text of the previous E-mail to the bottom so I'm going to type in who I want my E-mail to go to and notice how it's added the FW colon to the subject, so the people who read it will know that it's forwarded. Lets type a little message for the recipient and just click on send. It's that easy to forward an E-mail. My name is Dave Andrews and I've just showed you how to forward an E-mail."
