"Hi my name is Dave Andrews, today I'm going to show you how to transfer an Excel macro to another PC. Let's begin by opening up Excel, we're going to click on the start button, we're going to go to all programs, let's find Microsoft office, right here. And then let's click on Excel. Let's create a macro by going to the view tab, clicking on macros or actually the little arrow next to the macros, and saying record macro. Let's give our macro a name, my macro, and just say okay. All this macro is going to do is scroll out the numbers one, two, three, and four across the first row. Now to transfer this macro to another PC, we have to save it in a special Excel file. Actually let's click stop recording to finish creating the macro. Now let's go and save our Excel file. Click on the office button at the top, go to the save as dialog, and we're going to say excel macro enabled workbook, this will include your macros in the Excel file that you're going to save. Let's just save that as my workbook with Macros, and click save. Now as you can see if I open up my documents that my workbook with macros file is just a file, and I can email that excel file to other people, or copy it to a USB drive to get it on to another PC. It's that easy. My name is Dave Andrews, and I've just showed you how to transfer Excel macros to another PC."
