Let's open up Word, by clicking on the Start button, going into All Programs. Let's find Microsoft Office, and from there we want to launch Word Two Thousand and Seven. Now, I have a blank document, so I'm going to fill it in with some text, that will act like a paper. Just going to copy and paste this, several times. As you can see, when I'm building this page, it's all single spaced, there's no space between my lines. To double space your paper, let's highlight the paragraph, and on the Home tab in Word , find the little icon that is a paragraph with two arrows next to it. That is the line spacing options. Let's just bring that down and change two.o for double space. As you can see, there's now two spaces between the lines in our paragraph.
