"Hi, my name is Dave Andrews. Today, I'm going to show you how to create a custom slide show in PowerPoint. Let's open up PowerPoint, by clicking on the start button, going to all programs, Microsoft Office, and selecting PowerPoint. Now, we need a PowerPoint with some data in it. So, let's create one from the web. Click on the Office button, and go to new. Now, under here from Microsoft Office on-line, let's just select one that has some data in it. We have presentations, academic, and let's go with the classroom expectations. This is saying that it needs to verify that your PowerPoint is valid. Just click continue. So, here we have our PowerPoint presentation. It has several slides included in it. If we were to begin our slide show now, by going to SlideShow from beginning. As you can see, there would be several different slide shows. And they'll show up in the order, that which, in which they were created. A custom slide show, allows you to change this order. To create your custom slide show, select the slide show tab, click on custom slide show, and create a new custom show. To do so, click new. Now, we're going to select the slides that will appear in our custom show. I'm just going to call it, My Custom Show. We're going to include the Show Respect slide, and the Policy slide. Say OK. Let's close out of that, and click on this Custom Slide Show, once more. As you can see, my Custom Show appears as an option. The very first slide that appears is Show Respect, after that Policies, and then the slide show is completed. It's that easy to create a custom show. My name is Dave Andrews, and I've just showed you how to create a custom slide show in PowerPoint."
