"I'm going to show you how to do a deep breathing exercise today. So the first thing you want to do is you want to make sure you have a comfortable chair, utilizing good posture. Next you want to try to relax your body, close your eyes, and exhale and breathe in through your nose. We're going to hold that for a couple of seconds, and release. Now what we're going to do, we want to try to fill up the first part of our lungs, which is the bottom. We're going to fill that up, then we're going to take it to the middle, then we're going to take it to the top. Try to hold for about five seconds. And release. So what you're going to want to do is do that about ten minutes, twice a day before you know it your lung capacity will be a lot fuller. You'll be able to hold it a longer and longer. Your lungs are a muscle so you're going to build that up."
