"I'd like to show you one of my exercises that is my most favorite for reducing the size of your thighs. First and foremost, we're going to start off with just a yoga ball. This is what we call a walking lunge. We're going to start with that left. Bring them together. Then we're going to switch to that right. We're placing all the importance on our heels. So this is perfect just to start off with. This is going to help you find your balance. Then I like to bump up to medicine ball. This weighs about thirteen pounds. We're going to do the same exact. We're keeping those abs in. All the importance is on the thighs. Back and front. Deep breath in, blow them out. Deep breath in, blow them out. So once you've mastered the medicine ball, we're going to go ahead and jump to some weights. These are fifteen pounds each. This is a heavy load. This is something I like to do. Same exact thing. Left, bringing that knee just above. Together. Right. Together. So that is the walking lunge. Lunges are great. They happen to be one of my favorites. There's many many exercises that you can do. But what I would like to say, when it comes to legs, they're going to be very resistant. We walk on our legs everyday. So what you're going to have to do is go heavy or go home."
