"I'm going to tell you today how to loose body fat. First and foremost, we have to get involved in cardiovascular workout, you have to get involved in lifting weights. The third thing that is the most important of all is your calorie consumption, you really have to watch where your calories are coming from. There's three things that you really want to try to avoid in your diet, one being sugar, two being carbohydrates and three being fat, mostly saturated fat. Carbohydrates, there's a lot of sources that are good for you, you want to try to stay away from the ones that are, primarily, from white flour. Fat, we're looking at cutting our saturated as low as possible so you want to keep things like nuts, olive oil, avocado, good sources of fat. Sugar, you want to cut that as low as possible, that is always going to be the culprit in body fat. To reduce your body fat the best way is by having that cardiovascular workout, that exercise with dumbbells, machines, getting that weight in there for tone and thirdly, it's being consistent with your calorie consumption. Those three things together, you can't fail."
