"I'm going to show you the best way to lift sagging breasts. What we're going to do, we're going to lean back on a decline bench. We're going to bring these nice and wide. No lower than shoulder level. And we're going to squeeze together. So deep breath in, and breathe it out. Deep breath in, breathe it out. Make sure you're squeezing right through the ceiling every time. This is a really nice low impact exercise. So we're going to do about three sets of ten. And squeeze through the ceiling. Perfect. This is the best exercise I've found. It's very affective for lifting pectorial muscles."
