How to Hang Out With Your Girlfriend

"Sports bars are the way to go or are they? How to hang out with your girlfriend. This is Dr. Paul, author of "Boomer Girls, a Boomer Woman's Guide to Men and Dating" and host of "Ask Dr. Paul". Well maybe that sports bar is not the place where you want to take your girlfriend. Why not? Because you may understand that there may be guys there who also would be interested in your girlfriend so that might not be the best place besides it may not be too impressive for her. So where do you go? You might ask her what she likes and if you both like it together, that's even better. Maybe oddly enough she might like to play golf or maybe she likes to fish. Maybe she likes to go sailing, maybe she likes to go bowling so if you find something that you both enjoy doing then do it. That's the best way to hang out with your girlfriend. You are not hanging out with the guys. You are not going to the sports bar and chugging beer. That is not the way it works. There is a difference. I'm sure you have noticed that already or you wouldn't be asking the question. The bottom line here is enjoy things together that you both enjoy and you can kind of hang out together. You want to go out to a bar sometime, maybe but it doesn't have to be the only thing that you do and make sure that it is a place that you both enjoy. Maybe a place where you can sit and watch the sun set or something interesting and something worthwhile. This is Dr. Paul, may your fantasies of today be your realities of tomorrow."
