"Hi, I'm Gretchen Rivas, with Relax to the Max Massage Therapy, and today we're going to talk about, relaxing foot massages. When you're giving somebody a foot massage, you want to use a little bit of oil on them, not a whole lot. Before you massage oil them up, of course, you want to ask them to clean their feet for you, first, before you start rubbing oil on them, because if they don't, you'll get dirt all over you, so oil and smear it around. You want to rub that oil on, and keep in mind too, when you're working on the foot, there are a lot of reflex points on the foot, that correspond to different points on the body, so if somebody is pregnant, be real careful, and cautious about doing massage in certain areas on the feet, if you're giving a foot massage, but you can rub on the top of this, on the foot. Around the ankles feels really nice, and then kind of squeezing the foot feels good. Massaging each one of the toes. It's nice. The big toe, in a reflexology, corresponds to the head, from the base of the big toe, to the neck ,so if somebody has headaches and neck aches, sometimes just rubbing the big toe, will help with that. I'm just doing a little massaging down the bottom of the foot. It feels good, and squeezing, and massaging the whole foot, and they'll probably want you to do it a whole lot longer than this, but that's how you give a relaxing foot massage."
