"Hi, I'm Gretchen Rivas, with Relax to the Max Massage Therapy, and today, we're going to talk about edible massage oils. Edible massage oils, are obviously ones that you want to put on someone, and on yourself, that would taste good, so in order to do that, you have to understand first of all, that essential oils are very, very strong, and you would not use very much, to have the flavor and the aroma, of the essential oil in the oil, so you would only use a drop or two. Like if you were going to use vanilla, you would add a couple of drops of vanilla essential oil, to some, if you don't have any sweet almond oil at home, you can use just some simple vegetable oil, out of your kitchen, if you want to. A couple of tablespoons of that, a few drops of vanilla. If you want to make it edible, what you probably want to do, is add a little bit of liquid sweetener to that, some Stevia would be good, and a couple of drops of that, and kind of stir it up. You want to use something glass is best, to mix everything together with, and then just take a little taste, and see how it is, before you rub it on each other, but that's how you would make edible massage oils."
