"Hi, this is Laura Turner. And today we're going to talk about how to write a thank you note to your assistant. A thank you note for your assistant is going to be different of course. Than writing a thank you note to a friend or a family member. Because you want to keep it formal. But you don't want to make it so formal. That seems as though it was a chore for you to write this thank you note to them. So what you want to do is, you actually of course, want to handwrite it. And put it in a little envelope. you don't have to write Miss or Mr. If you don't want to, you can just write their name. And actually enclose your little thank you note inside. And what you need to do, in order to make it you know, a little more formal. Is you want to streamline it. So that you don't write an entire letter. You just want to write to your assistant an tell them. Exactly why you appreciate their work. And of course, it's so important for bosses to appreciate their assistants and the people who work with them. Because you want them to do the best work possible. So want them to know, how much you do honestly appreciate. The work that they do for you. So if you just keep it short and sweet. Write it in your own handwriting. Take the time to get an actual thank you note. And put it in the envelope. I think your assistant will very much appreciate your effort."
