"Hi, my name is Jessica Claire, and I'm a dating coach for New York Dating Coach, and we're here in New York City. In this clip,we're going to talk about how to be more than friends. Now, the first thing you have to know, is that you're not the only one who's attracted to their best friend. Statistics today show that thirty percent of married couples were friends, very close friends, for over a year before they ended up dating. Next, you need to know that it won't be over for good, if you say something. If you're really, really that close of friends, a sincere and honest way of saying I care about you, or I want this to move forward, can't hurt things, especially if you're honest about not wanting to lose the friendship. Now, a couple of rules and guidelines to follow. Number one, don't pounce when she's vulnerable. This means you can't ask her, after she's gone through a serious breakup. You can't ask her if she's having a really bad day, or if she's crying. It's always best to say something at a time when the girl seems most confident. She's wearing her favorite dress. She looks beautiful, and you want to comment on that. Also, it's important to say something with sincerity, before moving in for a kiss, or an awkward moment. Last but not least, the final rule, is to never say something or do something, while intoxicated, never a good thing. If you're drunk, you won't say the right thing, and you might ruin a friendship. This is Jessica Claire, and this has been, how to be more than friends."
