"Hi, my name is Dave Andrews, today I'm going to show you how to insert a picture, graph, or office document into an Access 2003 database. Let's go to the computer and we're going to open up Access 2003. We're first going to need a table that has a specific type of field in it. Let's create a new database that's a blank database, and we're going to call it "my database." Two, because I already have a file named "my database." Let's create the table with that OLE field. Let's create our first field and just call it ID, give it an auto number, and right click on the phrase ID to give it a primary key. In the next field let's create a field called picture. For data type select OLE object. Save your table, we're just going to leave the name as table one, and close the design view. Let's open up our table, and now we have an ID field and a picture field, right click in the picture field and say insert object. We're going to create from file because I already have a picture I'd like to insert. Click on the browse button and let's go find our picture. I'm just going to select image, press okay, to insert the picture, press okay. You can use this same process to insert a graph or office document. My name is Dave Andrews, and I've just showed you how to insert a picture, graph, or office document into an Access 2003 database."
