"Hi, my name is Dave Andrews. Today, I'm going to show you how to import a contacts file in outlook. Many people when they send you an email, will attach a V-card file to their signature. This is a very easy to import file format from Microsoft Outlook to create a contact. Let's go into the computer, and as you can see, I have a V-card file on my desk top that's titled Dave Andrews. To load that into outlook, let's launch outlook by going to start, all programs, Microsoft Office and select Outlook. To import the contact file. let's select the contact subsystem, go to file, import and export. What we are going to do is import a V-card file, so select that option, select next. Then select the file that you have saved off of the attachment from somebody who sent it to you. I'm selecting my Dave Andrews V-card file; say open. Immediately, that V-card file has been imported into Outlook. You double click on it, you now have a contact for Dave Andrews along with their, anything, their information that they have included in that V-card file. I've had my email, my name, my web page, some telephone numbers and address. It's that easy to import a V-card file into Microsoft Outlook. My name is Dave Andrews, and I've just showed you how to import a contact into Microsoft Outlook."
