Video Transcript

"Hello welcome, my name is Julio Nutt and I am a master instructor of the Jim McClean Golf School in Miami, Florida. In this clip I want to talk about how to fade a golf ball. In this type of shot we want the ball to cut actually cut and go for right handers from left to right. So actually what we are going to do if you see these two balls it is a railroad. I need to open my body line so the line of which my body is set up in relation to the target line is open and if I swing in relation to this line I am going to be cutting across, I'm going to be cutting across the target line and that is going to be putting the spin for the ball to go from left to right. I am going to hit a shot here for you and it usually helps to play the ball farther up in your stance and to swing easy so you can hold a little more with your hands instead of making a lot of release. So I'm going to instead of standing in front of the ball I'm going to open up my body in relation to the ball, play the ball a little bi farther up in my stance and I'm going to swing easy. That ball has a little fade that is coming left to right. This is Julio Nutt at the Jim McClean Golf School."
