"Hi, my name is Dave Andrews, today I'm going to show you how to import Outlook messages into Windows Vista. What we're going to do is pretend that we're moving from using Microsoft Outlook to using Microsoft Windows Live Mail that comes with Vista. To do so, let's click on Windows Live Mail, and that opens Windows Mail which comes built in with Windows Vista. To switch over from Outlook to using Windows Mail, just hold down the alt key on your keyboard and press F, this brings up the file menu like we're used to seeing. Then go to the import folder and select messages. We're going to import from Microsoft Outlook, so we'll say next. This is going to ask you what profile you want to use in Microsoft Outlook. Most people only have one profile configured, so the one that it comes up with by default is fine. Select it, press okay. Now it's going to show you your Outlook folders, and ask you which ones you want to import. We're going to select all folders and say next. Now it's going to tell you that your messages were imported in Microsoft Outlook format. My name is Dave Andrews, and I just showed you how to Microsoft Outlook folders into Windows Vista."
