How to Add a Link to MySpace

"Hi, my name is Erica Goms, and I live here in Salt Lake City, Utah. And, we're talking about My Space on the inter-net. And, I'm going to show you how to add a link to your My Space profile page. OK, I already opened up my My Space page. So, we're going to maximize it. I've already locked in. I'm going to show you how to add a link to your My Space profile. A link is a, a picture, or a text document, that someone can click on, and it will take 'em to a different website. Some, a favorite website of yours, whatever you choose. So, now I'm going to show you how to do that. First, you can click on edit profile, and you can paste the HTML code that I'm going to show you, in any of these different categories. We're going to scroll down and look at some of 'em. We're going to put, we're going to paste it into the I'd like to meet section, which is right here. And, I've already typed up an HTML code for you. So, we're going to maximize that. Now, what you can do, is, this website right here, is, the website that you'll actually go to. So, I'm going to type in www.ehow.com, and this will actually be the direct link that will take them to the website of your choice. And this website, or this text right here, is going to be what you want the person to read, or the link that the person clicks on. So, I can change this to e, to view ehow videos, to view ehow.com. And then, you can copy this, and paste it. So, we'll go to copy first, and then we'll minimize the text. And then you'll right click, and click paste. And that will paste the code for you. Now, if you scroll up, you'll go to save changes. And then, it'll say profile updated, and I'm going to go to view my profile. And now, if you go under the, Who I'd like to meet, it says, to view ehow.com. That's the link that we just set up, and if you click on this, it'll take you to the external link to go to ehow. com. And, if you want to keep going to ehow.com, you'll click on this link right here. And it'll take you to that website."
