"This is Rachael with Nutrolution in Miami Beach Florida. In this clip we're talking about how to choose nutritional supplements for you. And this might be something that might be an overwhelming task for you to do alone, even through reading all the different health magazines out there, it can be very tricky, because every different supplement that's recommended in a magazine will kind of make it sound like it's something that you need. But the question really is, what supplements are deficient from your diet. So when you're picking nutritional supplements it is very, very helpful to start by working with a nutritionist or using a nutritional program to identify which nutrients you might be deficient in. To start off with some basic things that might work for you, I always recommend starting with a good multivitamin, and there's one by Designs For Health called Complete Multi-Caps, and there's many others out there on the market, but I like a capsule product, and then starting with something like a fish oil, which almost everybody is deficient in, as well as a probiotic, which is something else that almost all people out there are deficient in. So this is like entry level on how to choose supplements. For more information definitely consult a nutritionist. This is Rachael with Nutrolution in Miami Beach Florida."
