How to stop being anything may not be in your physical nature, that may be the nature of what you are. Alright there is a point in time that maybe if you are too controlling with your kids or if you are with a person who feels you are controlling them, maybe you are and maybe you aren't. Maybe that's what they think and maybe that's the type of person you are and guess what? There are people out there who like to be with someone who is controlling because they don't want control. So when you say to yourself how do I stop being controlling are you saying to yourself how do I change myself? Because you won't, you are what you are. Now if the control gets to a point where it becomes psychotic, that's a whole different story, then you need professional help.
