"Hi, my name is Dave Andrews. Today, I'm going to show you how to design a website. We're going to design our website in Microsoft Word, because that's what a lot of people have. Let's open up Word, by clicking on the Start button. Go into All Programs, Microsoft Office. Let's open up Word. Now, what we want to do on our site, is follow some typical conventions. A lot of websites have some type of navigation, and they have a content frame, so what we're going to do, is we're going to insert a table that has two columns, and one row. Here's our web table right here. I'm going to kind of drag this left column over a little bit, and this is what we're going to make our navigation. Let's just type navigation. Let's put some links in there. All I did was type those. If you had specific text that you wanted in there, you'd say MySite, highlight it, go to insert, links, and a hyperlink, and then in the address field, you would type in the address that you want to go to. Now, MySite, is that hyperlink. In this frame, let's put our content. Say, Welcome to my site. Let's highlight that, and make the font size a little bit larger, and just put some content in here. To insert pictures, click on the Insert tab, go to Picture. Let's find a picture that we like, and go with this creek, here. After the picture is inserted, you can click on it, and resize it by using these little drag bars, that it inserts on the side of the picture. Now, let's save our site. Click on the Office button, and go to Save As. I'm going to put it on my desktop, and for Save As type, let's make it a web page. I'm just going to call this, MySite. Now, we're going to minimize Word, and open up MySite."
