"Hi, my name is Dave Andrews. Today I'm going to show you how to turn off sounds, pictures, or video on web pages. Let's open up our web browser, in this case I'm using Internet Explorer, and from here, let's go to the tools area. It's going to be on the right and we'll select Internet Options. Now, in the window that pops up, go to the Advanced tab. Then we'll scroll down a little bit to where it says "Multimedia." What we're going to do is we're going to un-check each of these items under "Multimedia." That turns those off. Save your options, and if we refresh our web page, as you can see, it did not download any images. This can make it load a lot quicker if you're accessing web pages that have a lot of images on them. If you see an image that you're interested in seeing, just right-click on it and say "Show Picture." My name's Dave Andrews and I've just showed you how to turn off sounds, images or video on a web browser."
