"Hi my name is Dave Andrews and today I am going to show you how to follow the NFL on the internet. Let's go to our web browser and we are just going to pull up nfl.com which is a great place to start for following the NFL. This is the National Football League's main website. It has a lot of things going on within the site such as the headlines and during the season which we are currently in at the very top right here it shows you the current week that is being played. You can move between weeks and it actually shows you the scores for every game that was played on that week. Now to follow a team if you like select teams and click on it and I'm going to select my favorite team which is the Tennessee Titans. Now that I pull up the Titan site this shows you all of the statistics about the Titans, games they have played, their scores and it gives you some news about the team and also right here at the very top it gives you a link to the Titan's website itself so you can click on each individual team within the NFL and then click on their specific website that pulls up that team's website. My name is Dave Andrews and I have just showed you how to follow the NFL on the internet."
