"Welcome everybody, my name is Lars Erik Robinson. My company name is LarsEr Arts All Around Art-Tainment, it's my slogan. And we're going to talk about how to put your artist style portfolio together. I spent fifteen years since I graduated art school in '94. Back then, it was different. We use 4 X 5 transparencies for light tables. We use slides. We obviously use, had a resume together and it was just starting to bloom up; we have to have to website. I understand now, it's almost a necessity for artist to have a website up there; have the images on photo bucket or any way you'll be able, for people to be able to see your work. So the important thing is, you have to look back to your three or four years that you'd been in the school and look at your strongest work. Have your other friends there look at your work and help you look at, you know, pick out the work that you want to have. And then get that on, on a CD, even if it's multi-media work, with video work or animation or if it's your traditional work. Get that on a disk and get that on websites, that's how the way to advertise for yourself. And get yourself a plan of what your company is going to be base of, get yourself a vision of what your direction you want to be in. That's how you put your portfolio together. Good luck out there guys!"
