"Hi everyone, I'm Russ Handler, travel agent, and I love to travel on the rails here in America. It's a beautiful way to see the country. As you know, it's a fun way to see the country as well. Let's say you want to go from Washington DC to Pittsburgh. Pretty simple. Call 1-800-USA-RAIL, that gives Amtrak's 1-800 number, or do what I do. I love to get online and interact with the great website that Amtrak has. You see here that in this case, they're showing your route along the Capital Limited from Washington to Pittsburgh. It also goes all the way out to Chicago, but what you do is you simply just put in your travel itinerary, suggest an itinerary. And then it's going to come up with a range of prices for you, departure times, arrival times, etcetera. It's a really fun and interactive, fast and easy way to get this done. Once you've bought your tickets online, you can then pick them up at either automatic kiosks or rather automated kiosks at the train station, or of course you can see a man attendant as well. Now keep in mind you will need your reservation number and your driver's license, so have that ready. When you arrive and arrive early so you can get a good seat. I'm Russ Handler and that's how you do it."
